Coinciding with the culmination of another internship, the Choir of the School of Applied Arts (ESART) of the Polytechnic Institute of Castelo Branco (IPCB) returned to the Francisco Tavares Proença Júnior Museum on 1 March for a concert conducted by João Pedro Delgado and dedicated to Portuguese poetry in choral music.

In this musical journey between the 15th and 21st centuries, the ESART-IPCB Choir – composed of students from Choir and Choral Practice – presented works by Joly Braga Santos, Frederico de Freitas, Eurico Carrapatoso, Paulo Bernardino and Tiago Simães, based on texts by Luís de Camões, Sophia de Mello Breyner Andresen, Gil Vicente, Fernando Pessoa, Florbela Espanca and António Ramos Rosa.
