Relatório de estágio na OTK Arquitectos

In order to complete the Masters in Interior Design and Furniture, a 6-month internship was developed at OTK Arquitectos atelier in Mafra.
The main point of the internship is to apply all the knowledge acquired academically and complement it with knowledge acquired in the studio, turning the internship into a practical experience in the job market and the practice of Design as a whole.
Knowing the reality of the job market, new methodologies, working together as a team, having contact with the client, and designing with the client in mind, are the main challenges of the internship. In addition, the internship allows working with suppliers and builders, getting to know new brands and materials. All this contributes positively to personal and professional growth as an Interior and Furniture Designer.
During the six months of the internship, from August to February, several projects were carried out. 2D technical drawing of indoor and outdoor spaces, technical Design of equipment, 3D modeling, budgeting, visiting works, and surveying measurements were some of the tasks performed in the internship. They were all documented and described in this document
