Design is currently one of the main points of investment and focus for events, such as corporate events, festivals or fairs. Its purpose is to visually represent the identity of the event and, allied to this, it must maintain coherence between the different means of communication. This report describes the process of a project whose main objective is to fill the gap felt in this area by the Tagus Flavours Fair, organized by the Municipality of Vila Velha de Ródão. We started with a literature review on different concepts such as Visual Identity Design, Information Design, Event Design, Communication Strategies, Digital Marketing, Social Media and Digital Branding. This was followed by a research phase on the object of study, as well as an analysis of print and digital media from previous editions of the competition, and a competitor map. Then, some case studies and references were researched. The production of both physical and digital graphic content was explained and demonstrated in detail. Finally, a conclusion reflecting the process of the project, the difficulties and the lessons learned.
