The current project is based on developing and putting into practice all the knowledge acquired during the Degree in Communication and Audiovisual Design. This project aims to study and develop a new communication strategy for the Municipality of Murtosa, in order to increase its tourist development. The communication strategy is based on the NaturRia route, which allows the enjoyment of the fauna and flora of the Aveiro river. It will feature the redesign of elements already implemented, such as a map, brochures and information panels, and the implementation of na advertising and merchandising campaign. This project was thought of as a whole, but divided into fractions. It started with collecting customer data, and going through a theoretical phase on associated topics, such as the importance of cultural heritage, visual identity design and branding, information design and information and guidance systems. This information will then be cross-referenced with case studies, allowing for in-depth analyzes and conclusions of ideas.
