This research aims to describe and analyze a curricular internship in the Megapublicidade company, from which the use of Agile Methodologies was considered to optimize the design process, using methods that could streamline the work process as well as the team's productivity, driving greater organization and speed in project design, responding to customer needs. Looked for understand the workflow of Megapublicidade through the projects developed in the internship context, and to evaluate if in fact, this investigative project contributes to the optimization of the design processes. The main objective of this internship was to enter the labor market, acquiring experience at a professional and personal level. Conquering new learning and selfknowledge through the interaction with the professional team, development of real projects and contact with the client. For this study, the interventionist and non-interventionist methodologies were selected, with a qualitative basis. In the first phase, the non-interventionist methodology was applied, dedicated to the analysis and collection of information on the theme based on books, reports or other documents defended by several authors. In a second phase, the interventionist methodology - active research - is applied, where the internship at Megapublicidade is developed, carrying out several graphic design projects. Through the evaluation of the theoretical framework, the experience in Megapublicidade and the object of study, it was sought to compare the agile methods to the company's workflow and how they could be improved. Based on their similarities, guiding principles were created for the desgin process, seeking to prove the relevance and importance of this research.
