The project comes within the scope of the Curricular Unit of the Project in Communication Design and Audiovisual, of the 3rd year of the Degree in Communication Design and Audiovisual, at the School of Applied Arts of the Polytechnic Institute of Castelo Branco.
This project aims to create a gastronomic route of the city of Viseu, to disseminate the rich and diversified gastronomy offer, attracting more visitors and tourists to the city.
To complete the project’s objectives, two types of methodologies were applied, an interventionist methodology and a non-interventionist methodology. In the noninterventionist methodology, qualitative methodologies were applied, such as bibliography analysis and direct observation of study cases. In the interventionist methodology, was carried out an active investigation, starting from the analysis and diagnosis to the developed sketches, ending with the presentation of the final results.
The development of this project began by reflecting and analysing the research and analysis, as well as carry out the theoretical fundamentalism, ending with the development of print and digital media.
