This project aims to analyze the importance of redesigning the visual identity in the context of a social intervention project, with a focus on the Projeto Matriz E8G based in the municipality of Fundão, Potugal. Through the redesign process, the aim is to create a new image for the project, improving its communication and thus increasing its recognition and visibility within the community and local institutions. To achieve this objective, a mixed methodology was applied, which combines the non-interventionist methodology and the interventionist methodology. The noninterventionist methodology involves the analysis of documents, as well as the study of similar cases. The interventionist methodology concerns the practical execution of the project, where the theoretical knowledge acquired in the previous phase is applied. Here, the creation of a new visual identity will be carried out, including the redesign of the graphic brand, graphic elements and the development of adequate communication supports. It is expected that the result of the new visual identity will result in a more attractive, consistent and impactful brand for the Parent Project and thus contribute to greater dissemination, notoriety and visibility of the project, strengthening its impact on the community.
