The present project focuses on the development of an integrated communication strategy for the Association of Olive Oil Producers of Beira Interior (Castelo Branco – Portugal) and the development of a brand that would house the two products from the olive grove of Beira Interior with Protected Designation of Origin: the Olive oils from Beira Interior and Azeitona Galega from Beira Baixa. The Project aims to contribute to the enhancement of the respective products, having adopted a work methodology where the process involved identifying the problem and collecting and analyzing data, applying a case study methodology, study the area under analysis from a theoretical point of view and, starting from the analysis of previous studies, define a communication strategy, graphic brand and the visual identity associated with the institution. From the results achieved, it is considered that the Project has application potential, being able to constitute an active communication tool for the promotion and enhancement of local products, particularly Beira Interior Olive Oil and Azeitona Galega olives, as well as for the recognition of the role of the Association of Olive Oil Producers of Beira Interior, through the improvement of communication processes with producers, customers and other stakeholders who work in the olive oil sector at national and international level.
