This project was conceived with the intention to enhance the communication strategy of the Desportivo de Alcains football club. The overall goal of this project is to get both fans and partners closer with the club. To create a relationship of empathy amongst everyone as it is important that the fans get to know in depth who really represents the club of their land and their heart. To make it all possible, a study was conducted and its respective analysis having into account the theory fundamentals. Following that, the current state of communications of the Desportivo de Alcains club was also analysed to seek to identify weaknesses and its strong points as a brand. With this project it was possible to understand the potential of communication of a football club in relation to society. It was possible, using audio visual elements, to elaborate a communication strategy and subsequent line of merchandising products for the club that proved to be the first one ever created and make it available to everyone in the community.
