This project aims to create a visual identity system and a board game for the elderly, promoting cognitive health, strengthening interpersonal relationships and providing entertainment. The work developed aims to meet a real need, focused on integrating family members and carers into the lives of the elderly, facilitating the assessment of mental state and providing entertainment in care environments.
To achieve these specific goals, the game offers a variety of cognitive challenges and features an intuitive and inclusive design. The creation of a versatile board that meets the different needs of users is key. In addition, a digital communication strategy will be implemented to promote the project and reach the target audience effectively.
It is worth highlighting the importance of communication design, social design, information design and game design, which have enabled the improvement of theoretical and practical knowledge acquired during academic training.
