Adaptação de Habitação para Turismo Rural

With this work, I come to present a proposal for the rehabilitation of a house to be converted into rural accommodation, in the area of the municipality of Proença-a-Nova, a municipality located in the district of Castelo Branco, central region of Beira-Baixa, Interior Sul.
As it is a municipality in the interior of the country, it is very important to improve creation and innovation of tourism marketing, as it is a municipality with a lot of tourist attraction.Although the points of interest are varied and well known, it is always important to highlight those that have not yet been 100% known, as a way of attracting more tourists and even those curious about the land, hence the need for more rural accommodation in the area, so you can enjoy the full experience.Rural accommodation has become a trend and choice within the touristand foreign world, hence the creation of some in areas with little existence, which are an added value for the municipality.With this, for the final course project, I present the necessary documentation with the proper explanation of everything that is intended to be done so that a new and Rural Accommodation can be implemented in the Proença-a-Nova area.
