A remodelação do Edifício São Martinho ao Hotel São Martinho

As part of the Project curricular unit, lectured in the second semester of the 3rd year of the Interior Design and Equipment degree, a final course project was proposed. This project, which promotes the application of the knowledge acquired throughout my academic training, could go in two directions: carry out a project in the area of Interior Design and design a piece of equipment, or carry out a project in the area of Equipment Design and relate it to an interior.
The idea for this project is based on the refurbishment of the Edificio São Martinho, a building currently used for commerce and gastronomy, which belongs to the engineer Francisco Peixoto. This refurbishment includes the first and second floors, with special emphasis on the living area (bedrooms and dorm rooms) and the coworking room.
