Born in the 60s, in Pesinho (Fundão), he lived in France, from the age of 4 to 6, where he attended the "École maternelle"; studied at seminars in Beja and Évora (7 years); he was a student at FLUP, but it was at ESE-IPCB that he took his degree; obtained a Master's degree from the University of Coimbra and a PhD from the University of Covilhã. Likes travelling, reading, sports and good conversations with friends.
