WATER MUSIC | ESART Saxophone Orchestra

Under the direction of Professor Carlos Canhoto, the Saxophone Orchestra of the School of Applied Arts at the Castelo Branco Polytechnic will celebrate the arrival of summer on 18 June, from 7.00 pm, at the Fábrica da Criatividade, with a concert featuring the Water Music suites, composed in 1717 by George Frideric Haendel, in an arrangement for saxophone orchestra by Jacques Larocque.

The ensemble comprises David Felgueiras (soprano saxophone), Paulo Pires (soprano saxophone), Beatriz Pena (alto saxophone), Raquel Alexandre (tenor saxophone), Cláudia Cruz (tenor saxophone), Pedro Severino (baritone saxophone) and Tomás Fialho (baritone saxophone).
