Syllabus

• Advanced visual effects:
  • Use of predefined and customized effects.
  • Working with particles and simulations.
  • Integrating 3D elements into After Effects.
• Specific animation techniques:
  • Animation of text in depth.
  • Camera effects and camera movements.
• Efficient workflows:
  • Using expressions to automate animations.
  • Using Proxies

Methodology

The masterclass will be conducted through practical demonstrations, case studies, in a live class with students present and at the same time broadcast on the web with the main concern being the participation of the Bauhaus University Weimar.

Target audience

The ten higher education institutions that make up the BAUHAUS4EU alliance, graphic design professionals, animators, video editors, higher education students who want to improve their skills in After Effects.

Duration

The masterclass will take place over one hour, enough time for an in-depth exploration of the topics.
