V FICCB 2025
The Castelo Branco International Clarinet Festival (FICCB) returns between 24 and 26 October 2025 for its 5th edition, bringing together students, teachers and renowned performers in a meeting dedicated to sharing, learning and celebrating the clarinet.
Over three days, participants will have the opportunity to attend individual masterclasses with some of today’s most prestigious clarinettists, including Roman Widaszek, Nuno Silva, Carlos Alves, Sarah Williamson, Carlos Ferreira and Florent Héau.
The ticket for each masterclass includes the main meals throughout the festival – dinner on Friday, lunch and dinner on Saturday, and lunch on Sunday – thus guaranteeing all the conditions for a total immersion experience.
For those who need to stay, an accommodation package is also available for the two nights of the festival.
Participation in the collective activities, such as rehearsals, ensembles and concerts, is open and free of charge, and registration for the desired masterclass is required. Students from ESART and the Castelo Branco Regional Conservatory of Music also benefit from special enrolment conditions.
