
ESART students explore the manipulation of information in the digital age in Video Exhibition – April 9, ’25

Event marks the 50th anniversary of April 25 with a reflection on truth and illusion in the media.
On April 9, at 2:30 p.m., in Auditorium 1 of ESART-IPCB, the thematic video show “MANIPULAÇÃO! TRUTH OR ILLUSION? The Control of Information in the Digital Age”, an event that promises to arouse curiosity and encourage critical thinking about the impact of information in today’s society.
In this special year celebrating the 50th anniversary of April 25, 1974, IPCB’s School of Applied Arts invites the academic community and the general public to reflect on how information is produced, manipulated and consumed in the digital age.
The exhibition brings together creative and innovative work developed by students from the 1st and 2nd years of the Degree in Communication and Audiovisual Design and the 1st year of the Higher Professional Technical Course in Audiovisual Communication.
A unique opportunity to see the world through the eyes of a new generation of communicators and visual artists, who through their critical and creative vision challenge the public to question: what is truth and what is illusion?
