Duo Sigma Interprets Nature – 23 set. ’24 ESART

Duo Sigma Interprets Nature

The Duo Sigma, composed of Miguel Rocha (cello), professor at ESART-IPCB, and pianist Ana Claudia Assis, is touring the country with a concert series dedicated to interpreting nature through music. In this project, Duo Sigma performs works by composers such as Jaime Reis, Carlos Marecos, Lera Auerbach, and Fábio Chicotio, creating a fusion between music and visual art.

One of the unique aspects of this season is the collaboration with local artists who produce live animations during the performances, making each concert a unique and unrepeatable experience.

The project is supported by DGARTES, Antena 2, and various higher education institutions, including ESART-IPCB, promoting contemporary music in synergy with different forms of art.
