Duo Sigma Interprets Nature

Duo Sigma Interprets Nature

Date
08/01/2025

Duo Sigma, formed by ESART-IPCB professor Miguel Rocha (cello) and pianist Ana Claudia Assis, is touring the country with a season of concerts dedicated to the interpretation of nature through music. In this project, Duo Sigma presents works by composers such as Jaime Reis, Carlos Marecos, Lera Auerbach and Fábio Chicotio, creating a fusion between music and visual art.

One of the particularities of this season is the collaboration with local artists who, during the performances, produce live animations, making each concert a unique and unrepeatable experience.

The project has the support of DGARTES, Antena 2 and various higher education institutions, including ESART-IPCB, promoting contemporary music in synergy with different art forms.
