From June 5 to 19, 2025, Avenida 1.º de Maio, in Castelo Branco, will once again be the stage for creativity with the exhibition of themed shop windows developed by the 2nd year students of ESART/IPCB’s Degree in Interior Design and Equipment, under the guidance of Professors Liliana Neves and Graça Pedroso.

As part of the Vitrinismo curricular unit, and in an ongoing collaboration with ACICB – Associação Comercial e Empresarial da Beira Baixa, the students propose visual interventions with a cultural identity in local stores, promoting the link between design and the commercial reality of the city.

The stores taking part in this edition are: Alain Afflelou, Farmácia Nuno Álvares, Albinatura, Benetton, Maximum, Boss (Loja Tavares), Ourivesaria Tiara, Maria Clementina, Dielmar and Perfume Arte.

The initiative reinforces the role of design as a driving force for urban and commercial development, offering students a practical experience of direct contact with the market and its real challenges.
