With the participation of students from partner educational institutions, namely from Poland, Bulgaria and Finland.
BIP will take place in two distinct phases. First, we’ll dive into online lectures on April 2 and 3, followed by conceptual exploration and creative expression on site from April 8 to 12.
Below is a brief description of the activities planned for each day of the BIP:
Online lectures
April 2nd
Welcome and introduction to BIP by Prof. Neel Naik
Guest lecture by Prof. Sara Cura
April 3rd
Guest lecture by Prof. Eugénia Chiara
Guest lecture by architect João Salvado
and Formation of groups of students to explore various creative expressions during BIP
On-site activities
April 8th
Guided tour of the historic city
Afternoon brainstorming session at ESART with group mentors
April 9th
Morning session with group mentors at Praça de Camões for group work and project development
Afternoon session for each group to explore the historic center
April 10th
Morning session with group mentors in Praça de Camões to continue group work and project development
Afternoon session to explore selected neighborhoods in the historic center
April 11th
Morning and afternoon sessions at ESART to develop the project
Optional visits to historic areas for further work
April 12th
Morning session to finalize projects
Afternoon session to present the projects
Closing dinner in the evening at a restaurant in the city center
