The phobia. Since I was young, I have been tormented by a phobia of spiders. It may be a very common thing, treated with shock therapy or not addressed at all. Amelia was, let's say, my therapy, the way I found to overcome this fear. Amelia is the spider watching us, the spider I studied in detail and observed even microscopically. Amelia is watching us with her eight eyes: we are deformed, fragmented, poorly finished. Who is more frightened now? Is it me or, after all, is it Amelia?
