Mater Nostra is a collection based on connections made not only through the female body, but also through natural elements. It conveys the fact that nature is the mother of all living beings that inhabit it, leading to a more maternal and sentimental aspect. These connections are presented through holes/cracks, showing the human body, and through bonds, made through tunnels that define/show the anatomy of women. They also refer to pain and joy, respectively. This collection aims to convey this DNA-like connection, that nature is the mother of all beings generated in it.
