At the end of the third year of the degree programme in Communication and Audiovisual Design at the School of Applied Arts, a final project is developed that deepens the concepts taught over the three years.
This project takes into account areas such as visual identity design, brand architecture, social networks, among others, which underpin the realisation of the project.
The project consists of creating the visual identity and respective communication strategy for the GODINHO sub-brand, a company located in Mealhada, in the Aveiro district.
The project boils down to a methodology, i.e. phase 1 contextualises the topic, followed by identification of the problem.
Phase 2 refers to the theoretical framework, where the subjects necessary for the development of the project are studied.
Phase 3 concerns the research in which the object of study is analysed: graphic branding, digital/physical media, competitor analysis and reference case analysis.
Phase 4 corresponds to the analysis and diagnosis and respective communication strategy.
In phase 5, design development is carried out, taking into account the practical side of the project.
Phase 6 presents the results and draws conclusions.
