This document is the reflection of the Final Project’s evolution from Curricular Unit Project of Communication’s Design and Audiovisual in 3rd Year of the Degree from Communication’s Design and Audiovisual in Escola Superior de Artes Aplicadas from Instituto Politécnico de Castelo Branco. The communication is fundamental for any companies’ success, especially small and medium companies. With digital media and new ways of communication, it’s possible to create a strong digital presence at low budget. However, it’s important to remind that communication is not only about publicity but interaction with the clients and give useful information as well. This project aims to implement a digital identity and presence of Pastelaria Colmeia from Castelo Branco, consists then in the development of a visual identity that will serve as a base to create a website. The main objective to present all the confections created by it and to introduce an online method of ordering festive cakes. Based on the specific objectives stipulated, it is intended to develop a research and analysis of interaction and user experience and an analysis of Case Studies to deepen ideas that can be introduced during the design process. Subsequently, advertising campaigns will be developed to publicize the Website, interact with the target audience for the introduction of different alternatives for confectionery products via social networks and publications and introduce advertising campaigns dedicated to festive dates.
