The following report results from the development of the project to create an integrated communication strategy for Grupo Desportivo Águias do Moradal.
The strategy aims to improve the entire communicative universe of the club, in various supports and mediums, focusing mainly on the creation of a coherent and consistent visual language, so that it can be applied in these same supports and means.
For this, it starts with a literature review and a methodology study of several cases of football clubs with a coherent, functional and active integrated communication strategy. These phases serve the purpose of creating a modernized communication strategy, importing the fan-club relationship and attracing new “sócios” and supporters.
Several proposals were developed, in different areas, being that, in the digital medium, publications were developed for social networks and a scheduled structure for them. In terms of audiovisual content, a plan was developed so that the club can broadcast live games and have highlights of the games, and these, also have a defined structure and several graphics developed for them. Proposals were also developed for some of the analog suports that the club used, such as A3 posters and the “sócio” card, and, in terms of merchandising, a proposal for more products for sale and the implementation, of these and the merchandising already sold by the club, for sale online.
