Jaime Pereira wins 1st Prize

On 14 November, Jaime Pereira, a Master’s student in Music Education in ESART’s percussion class, premiered the work ‘Metamorfoses’ by composer Gaspar Costa at the Prof. Lima de Carvalho Auditorium in Viana do Castelo, on the occasion of the XVI 21st Century National Composition Competition. His masterly interpretation enabled the work to be awarded the First Prize and the Audience Prize.
